The Global Evil Incarnate Series is an investigative collection by author, publisher, historical investigator, and psychology researcher Kenneth Golden. The series examines rulers, dictators, conquerors, political architects, and other influential figures whose decisions brought oppression, violence, injustice, persecution, warfare, or widespread human suffering.

Throughout history, certain leaders have acquired enormous power and used it to dominate nations, silence opposition, destroy perceived enemies, and control entire populations. Some ruled through military conquest.

Others relied on secret police, political terror, propaganda, imprisonment, religious manipulation, forced labor, mass executions, or the deliberate creation of fear.
